Slow Flow for the Fire Element

Kapalabhati Pranayama is used to ignite the Agni/Fire inside the body, and is used here to invigorate and warm the body in preparation for yoga flow.

This practice is slow and considered and opens the meridians in the shoulders, front of the body and chest.
