Private Yoga Bristol

Yoga is a well-established system that teaches us how to alleviate suffering. Whether you’re suffering with physical pain, stress, anxiety, fear, or trauma, yoga can be used therapeutically to help you to gain greater insight into how to live better and cope with life’s challenges with resilience and compassion.

I’ve worked with clients with anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, cancer, auto-immune conditions, PTSD and trauma.

My sessions draw from Yoga, Bodywork, Somatic movement, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Together we explore different ways of moving through pain, building strength, nervous system regulation, releasing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, and finding strategies to live a more abundant and joyful life.

What to expect

In our initial 90-minutes consultation we’ll discuss what you hope to get out of our time together, your health and physical ability or restrictions and I’ll explain more about how we might work together. We might do some gentle bodywork or an initial movement or breath-led session to co-regulate and build trust and I will give you a simple practice to try at home to get you started before our next session.

From here I offer a block of five, 1-hour sessions for £250. These may include:

  • Yoga asana adapted for injury, pain, or physical limitations

  • Breathwork and meditation for anxiety and nervous system regulation

  • Meridian yoga and acupressure-informed seasonal adjustments drawing on TCM

  • A personalised home practice you can return to between sessions

Sessions take place in my home studio in Bishopston, BS7.
