Morning Spinal Fluidity

During the Winter months we need to take particular care of our joint and bone health. Keeping the spine fluid and flexible is essential for postural integrity, but it also supports free flow of Qi along the Bladder and Kidney channels that run along its structure.

Private Yoga Classes in Bristol & Online

Whether you're a complete beginner looking to get personalised guidance, recovering from injury, living with chronic illness, or an experienced yogi wanting to take your practice further, private yoga offers a depth of personal care that can be missed in group classes.

I have 10 years of experience working 1-2-1 Yoga, supporting clients with chronic illness and terminal diagnosis, trauma and trauma-related conditions, chronic fatigue, anxiety and pain.

Working one-to-one means we can move at your pace, address what's going on with your mental and physical health, and design practices that support your health and wellbeing. Sessions draw from Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine and are tailored to your specific goals and changing needs.

What to expect

During our first session together we’ll spend time discussing what you want to get out of the sessions, your physical and mental health and any concerns you have around the practice and its practical application. From there I create a class, or series of classes that meet your needs, whether that's building strength and mobility, supporting nervous system health, working around an injury or chronic illness, or simply creating space in a busy life.

Each session responds to your needs on that day, always in conversation with you. My sessions are trauma informed and have been beneficial to people with trauma-related illness and pain, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, eating disorders, anxiety and stress.

Sessions are available at my Bristol studio, in your own home, or online — so wherever you are, we can make it work.

Private yoga is ideal if you:

  • Are new to yoga and want to learn in a relaxed, pressure-free environment

  • Have an injury, chronic pain, or health condition that makes group classes feel daunting

  • Want a more personalised practice than a group class can offer
