I specialise in 5 Element Yoga and Zen Shiatsu. My weekly classes and retreats are aimed at supporting all people to remember that they are free. I teach accessible solutions for mental and physical overload, pain, anxiety and fear so that we can collectively move from a place of strength and balance to better serve our communities and the planet.

Weekly Yoga Classes
Join me in Bristol and online for group classes every week. My classes are seasonal and incorporate Yoga Asana - Vinyasa & Yin, Pranayama and Meditation. I love to weave Traditional Chinese Medicine into my classes with Meridian Yoga and Acupressure adjustments.

Shiatsu and Acupressure sessions are deeply restorative, combining Zen Shiatsu and Yoga therapy to support physical and mental balance.

Yoga Retreats
I run retreats and teacher trainings in Portugal and the UK incorporating 5 Element theory, Yoga philosophy and Zen Shiatsu. My next retreat is in March 2026.
